Check your digital ticket receipt for a 16-digit alphanumeric code. This code can be redeemed on the official Minecraft website. Make sure you are logged into the correct Microsoft account!

Redemption Issues

The redemption servers are expected to be under heavy load. If your cape doesn't show up in the character creator immediately, wait 24 hours for the database to sync.
